Natural Affair made their entry into the dancehall business in 1995 and for the past 13 years it has been the sound system with the most potential and talented youngsters any dancehall arena have ever heard and seen.

Junior P founder of Natural Affair International Sound system created the sound in 1995 long after he started to play reggae music. The name Natural Affair originates from “Natural” meaning straight reggae music and “Affair” moving from place to place spreading the vibe/message of reggae music.

He started to play reggae music from the early age of 12 after listening to some of the big sound systems from Jamaica such as Bodyguard, Killermanjaro, Stone Love and Bass Odyssey.

In 1996 He made his first visit to Jamaica, the home of reggae music and have been visiting regularly ever since. During his visits he met up with and worked with some of the world’s best known artists and sound systems.  

During the 13 years in business Natural Affair International Sound system have been to many International and European countries playing alongside some of the worlds best known DJs and Sound Systems. Countries such as Holland, Germany, France, USA and Jamaica.  

Over the years Natural Affair has become a household name and it is now classed as one of the top ranked sound systems in the
British Dancehall arena.

During his childhood years, Junior P wanted to be the owner of his very own sound system more than anything else in the world. He always pictured himself being at the control of his own set and imagined what power it would have in it. From here on there was no turning back for Natural Affair.
Junior P contacted myself  2 Dollar and outlined his dream and his time frame for such a project.

Junior P said “ a want some heavy duty box packed with something different from everybody else to lock off the street and pound till late in the night
and make the bar shake, I will be reeling off string loads of dubs that would ‘mash up de place’.

With this description for what Natural Affair is to be, it lead us to a sound builder, “Links” Links Audio says “ok, I will give you youngsters something
that no one will ever have this will be one Natural Sound and one of a kind” and thats how it came to Natural affair Equipment. Through out the building
of the Sound, Links became not just a Sound Builder but also a Friend. He would follow and support us at many dances, Unfortunately Links passed away and Natural Affair lost a great friend.

As the Sound System was growing so was the Sound Crew. Natural Affair welcomed into the Sound, Keys, as the new equipment needed an Engineer. Also J A Katana formerly of Xcaliber Disco (Trinidad & Tobago) joined the crew as the Sound was in need of an experienced MC, due to Natural Affairs Sound Clashes and Dances filling up the calendar. Natural Affair also has Upcoming DJs K-Roy and Selector Harley that will soon be known in the industry as part of Natural Affair Sound System.
